La Boheme Restaurant will host a Food and Wine Pairing Dinner on Wednesday the 8th of February 2012 at 8pm.

Along to host the evening is Ronan Farrell from Tindal Wines and Alexandre from the Domaine Chante Cigale Winery, Cotes du Rhone, France.  Alexandre's wines are beautifully rich and powerful.  We are delighted to be able to offer two new world wines that also use Rhone Valley grapes.  And Eric is excited to marry all of these components and weave his magic on the plate.

This will consist of 5 Different Food Courses, accompanied by:

McHenry Hohnen, Margaret River, Australia,  "3 Amigos" White made from Chardonnay, Roussane and Viognier

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc 2010, Domaine Chante Cigale, Cotes du Rhone, France

Zaca Mesa "Z Cuvee", Santa Ynez Valley, Carlifornia, USA (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre)

Chateauneuf du Pape Red 2008 Domaine Chante Cigale, Cotes du Rhone, France

Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge "Vieilles Vignes" 2007, Domaine Change Cigale, Cotes du Rhone, France

The cost is €50.00 per person for the Five Courses and the Five Wines.
